1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilimmm Casino ("jilimmm," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the jilimmm online gaming platform available at jilimmm.net and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a jilimmm account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or another jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of registration and play.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jilimmm or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jilimmm Platform or had an account terminated for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jilimmm reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the jilimmm Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilimmm reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any remaining balances in those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. jilimmm is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilimmm login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilimmm support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jilimmm is required by its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. As part of the KYC process, you will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued documents: a passport, a driver's license, a UMID card, a PhilSys National ID, a Voter's ID, or another document accepted at jilimmm's discretion. Additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds may also be requested. jilimmm processes KYC submissions within two (2) business days in most cases.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jilimmm accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment channels as published on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are credited to your jilimmm wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit page of the Platform and may be updated without prior notice.

jilimmm does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. jilimmm is not responsible for any fees, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be held for up to five (5) business days in cases where additional verification is required.

For verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jilimmm Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the rate determined by jilimmm at the time of the transaction. jilimmm is not responsible for any exchange rate losses.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jilimmm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to your jilimmm account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine players. Any attempt to abuse the jilimmm bonus system — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash while minimizing genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, the voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless specified otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds (as opposed to real money deposits) is capped as stated in the specific promotion terms. jilimmm reserves the right to apply this cap at the point of withdrawal.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilimmm Platform are operated by certified third-party game providers whose products have been independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. The rules applicable to each individual game — including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, payline structures, and bonus feature conditions — are displayed within the game interface or in the associated game information pages.

jilimmm is not responsible for malfunctions of the game software caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, or force majeure events. In the event of a genuine game malfunction that produces an incorrect outcome, jilimmm reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilimmm Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, or impersonating another person.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or tournament.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any jilimmm software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilimmm staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Charging back deposits made to jilimmm via credit card or any other payment method after those funds have been used for wagering.

This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jilimmm IP without the prior written consent of jilimmm.

Any unauthorized use of jilimmm's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilimmm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilimmm Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jilimmm's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jilimmm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data

jilimmm collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with jilimmm, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jilimmm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party) may be made without prior notice.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jilimmm Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. Disputes should be raised in the first instance by contacting jilimmm customer support at [email protected]. jilimmm will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being submitted to jilimmm, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or seek resolution through the courts of the Philippines, whose jurisdiction you hereby irrevocably submit to.
